Summary
Moral and moral development of the citizen and education as a personality is the main task of modern state policy. In modern conditions, a decrease in tolerance and a decrease in the moral and spiritual potential of young people are observed. Young people are an active participant in social relations, distinguished by characteristic and similar signs unique to the structure of society: age, spiritual world, interests, social values, goals, actions, behavior, and perform the role of an object or subject of social influence at certain stages of their development.
