Summary 

The article talks about the importance of the implementation of inclusive education and the importance of cooperation in the implementation of inclusive education. Promotes that inclusive education is the best learning environment for all. In order to achieve the successful development of inclusive education, teachers can get help from specialists working in schools, such as correctional pedagogues and psychologists. Thus, this teacher, correctional pedagogue and school psychologist participate in the establishment of an individual curriculum. The successful cooperation of these specialists greatly supports the development of the student. Teachers, correctional pedagogues, school leaders, and the community travel a complex path together to ensure the inclusion and adaptation of a child with disabilities to school. There are different models of cooperation of teachers. Schools should use the power of parents and the community to develop inclusive education, and parents should involve the community in this process. The article emphasizes the importance of a patient approach and systematic planning in effective teacher-parent cooperation. In addition, the article emphasizes the role of the community in the integration and socialization of children with disabilities in school. The article also highlights parent and community collaboration strategies and steps teachers and inclusive education promoters should take when educating and teaching children with disabilities.
