According to the conclusion of the article, culture is a concept that exists in a person or can be
formed later. Culture is an opportunity to enrich the inner world of a person and to behave politely,
kindly and correctly towards other people. Moral culture is a concept that can be transmitted later in
several ways or by certain individuals in the form of education. A person with moral culture is always
able to stand out from others in society. The higher a person's spiritual culture is, the more he will be
able to stand at the top. A highly cultured person has the ability to proudly represent the state and its
values anywhere.
