Psychological stability: What are the protective and risk factors?
Summary
Mental toughness is a person's desire to cope with the challenges and difficulties they face or will face in life, and the ability to strengthen their personal strengths in the face of these efforts. Mental toughness does not eliminate the stress, difficulties or problems people face. But it gives people the strength to fight problems, overcome difficulties and move on in life. Mental resilience reduces the negative impact of stressful situations and makes it easier to adapt to our lives and the conditions around us.
