Summary
Azerbaijan is a country based on the principles of legal state. According to this principle,
the state regulates and protects the rights of every individual. Thus, fundamental principles such as the rights and freedoms of citizens, the right to life and equality, are guaranteed equally for every member of society. The state ensures the protection of rights and ensures the legal
guarantees of every individual, regardless of their citizenship status. At the same time, the
development of legal culture aims to know and protect both our own rights and the rights of
others. Thus, the legal culture promotes the formation of legal consciousness of each individual
and their behavior in accordance with legal norms. This further strengthens the legal base of
the society.
