Summary
In education as in life, using the Pygmalion effect, educators create an environment in which their beliefs and thoughts lead to expected behavior. Using the Pygmalion mechanism, it is necessary to crown the educational success facing modern education in the modern era, to form the basis for the development of the classroom management process, and to form student achievements. If necessary, the teacher himself, as a role model, persistently forms his expectations, and the student determines the pattern of behavior in response to these expectations. As a result of the meta-analysis, the negative effect of Pygmalion, defined as the Golem effect, i.e. negative expectations is stronger than the effect caused by a positive effect and should be avoided. Understanding the Pygmalion dynamic and actively applying it to educational practice can lead to empowered, engaged and motivated learners. By recognizing and acting on the importance of this relationship, educators and society at large can contribute to the enhancement of education and ultimately the betterment of society as a whole.
