Motivation as a psychological basis of preparation for the teaching profession
Summary
Motives are a decisive factor in the effective outcome of any activity. Motive is a factor that
encourages a person to act. Conscious or unconscious motives underlie a person‘s choice of profession
and activity. The process of preparing a person for any profession also depends on the level of
motivation of that person. In this regard, it is necessary to determine the role of motives in the
professional training of future teachers.
