Summary
The creation of motivation is of great importance in improving the quality of training. Motivation is considered the first step towards the goal. In the interactive learning process, the first stage of the lesson begins with motivation. Setting this stage correctly provides a basis for good mastery of the subject. Without motivation, knowledge is not absorbed well and is not remembered for a long time. Motivation should start from the family and should be continued at school. Training motivation should be related to the taught subject; new pedagogical technologies should be used to create motivation, appropriate pedagogical and psychological work should be done to solve the problem, and appropriate motivating questions should be asked.
