Summary
The article examines the pedagogical essence of the stories written by Agarahim Rahimov, a prominent representative of Azerbaijani children’s literature, as well as their applicability in the modern teaching and upbringing process. The article emphasizes that Rahimov’s works resonate with the humanistic approaches of contemporary pedagogy and contribute to the development of critical thinking, empathy, diligence, and social behavior skills in schoolchildren. From this perspective, the use of the author’s stories in the educational process is considered.
