Summary
The integration of Azerbaijanism values into the educational process plays a crucial role in strengthening moral and national education, as well as in shaping national identity and patriotic consciousness. In the modern education system, the application of these values not only supports patriotic upbringing but also contributes to the development of students’ social responsibility, cultural tolerance, and respect for national heritage. The principles of Azerbaijanism can be applied in an integrative manner across various subjects: in literature and history classes through the study of national heroes, in geography through the exploration of the country’s natural resources and regional unity, and in civic education through lessons focused on statehood and independence. Incorporating these values into education requires teachers’ methodological preparedness, the development of nationally oriented teaching materials, and the use of interactive and project-based learning methods. Activities such as projects, debates, research assignments, and cultural events enable students to internalize Azerbaijanism values in practice.
