Summary
The study investigates the sources of stress and the factors influencing it. The main stressors include academic workload, examinations, multiple assignments, and social relationships. Stress can manifest as short-term, episodic, or chronic and has various effects on students’ mental and physical health. Effective strategies for coping with stress include problem-oriented approaches, time management, social support, physical activity, and relaxation techniques. The implementation of these strategies helps improve students’ academic performance and overall quality of life.
