Summary
In the modern educational process, the effective establishment of teacher-student relationships is one of the main priorities of pedagogical activity. The quality of these relationships determines not only the effectiveness of teaching but also the formation of a positive psychological climate in the school. There are specific psychological and pedagogical conditions required for building effective relationships. Individualized attention and the teacher’s ability to empathize with each student are of great importance. Considering each student’s individual characteristics, interests, knowledge level, and emotional state, as well as understanding their feelings and needs, creates a trusting atmosphere that promotes active participation in the learning process. Fair and objective assessment is also a key factor in the effectiveness of teacher-student relationships. Assessment should be based not only on the student’s knowledge but also on their effort and level of development, adhering to principles of fairness and transparency. This increases student motivation, encourages classroom engagement, and minimizes negative emotional reactions.
