The article discusses the work and measures taken by the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev in the development of national military education. Studies show that the liberation, revival, development, and enrichment of the ideas of national military education inherited from our ancestors from the regressive effects of Soviet ideology are associated with the name of Heydar Aliyev. The concept of national military education, which constitutes a special concept not only in educational policy but also in the state-building strategy in general, is not only the fundamental basis for ensuring the independence of our nation and state, but also acts as an important parameter of the priorities in the strategic goal.
