Summary
The article examines innovative approaches to managing the financial resources of pedagogical universities in Azerbaijan in the context of educational reforms and integration into the global educational space. It emphasizes the role of digitalization, project financing, and public-private partnerships in ensuring sustainable university development. Statistical data on education expenditures in Azerbaijan and their share of GDP are used. A comparative analysis with international practice (UNESCO and OECD data) is provided. The findings show that the introduction of innovative financial management models not only increases the efficiency of resource use but also creates conditions for improving the quality of pedagogical education.
