Summary
In modern literary studies and philology, the cognitive approach has become one of the main methodological directions for the analysis of literary texts. Although the application of this stage in Azerbaijani literature is still at an early stage, the work of a number of writers provides rich material that can be evaluated from this point of view. One of them is Agaragim Rahimov, one of the most interesting representatives of modern Azerbaijani prose. The writer's prose works are quite rich in cognitive approach and open to analysis material. Agaragim Rahimov's texts deeply reflect human thinking, memory, and feelings. In this regard, his work is an important source for research in the field of modern literary studies and cognitive philology.
