Summary
The article examines the formation, development, and distinctive features of the tazkira genre in Divan literature from a theoretical and scholarly perspective. Tazkiras are analyzed not only as biographical sources but also as reflections of literary taste, aesthetic criteria, and the literary environment of their time. The study focuses on structural characteristics, authorial perspective, stylistic elements, and the critical function of tazkiras in classical Eastern literature. The article demonstrates that tazkiras serve as indispensable sources for the study of literary history and classical poetic tradition.
