Summary
This study examines the current state of psychological services in general education institutions in Azerbaijan and identifies key challenges. Psychological services aim to support students' socio-emotional well-being, address problems encountered during the learning process, and promote their personal development. The findings reveal a lack of effective communication between students and school psychologists, low motivation among psychologists, and societal attitudes that discourage students from seeking help. The organization of social-psychological services in schools is crucial for improving the quality of education.
