Summary
This article explores the management of high schools and its impact on students' academic success and future careers. It examines different management approaches, such as classical, humanistic, system-based, and situational models, and their application in Azerbaijani high schools. A comparison with Finland, the U.S., and South Korea highlights similarities and differences in education systems. The study emphasizes the importance of adopting international best practices to improve education quality in Azerbaijan, ensuring a more effective and inclusive learning environment.
