Summary
Law enforcement agency employees always play a role in the system of mutual relations with the population in their work process and daily activities and enter into various forms of communication. A review of the international literature reveals that many senior law enforcement officers and professionals have cited effective communication skills as a key component of their success. In this article, the local and international psychological literature and published articles related to the communication skills of police officers, development criteria, as well as communication barriers were analyzed. Based on the collected samples, appropriate recommendations were made. The article can be used by colleagues, researchers and also students working in this field.
