Summary
In order to develop effective personnel, their potential capabilities should be taken into account during the training process, and the pedagogical environment should be organized in this direction. Developing only one type of intelligence (IQ) during the training and teaching process is considered asymmetrical and unnecessary development. The development of emotional intelligence should be based on the reconstruction of the intellectual experience of future personnel as the main goal of the pedagogical environment. Emotional intelligence brings many benefits to the effectiveness and results of work.
