Summary
This article explores the development of emotional and volitional aspects in young schoolchildren within the learning process and their impact on academic performance. Based on academic sources and practical observations, it is identified that emotional stability and volitional traits are closely linked to students’ motivation, interest in learning, and attitude toward educational activities. Key factors influencing this development—such as teacher student relationships, motivational strategies, and individualized approaches—are analyzed. The findings suggest that a balanced development of emotional and volitional spheres positively contributes to the effectiveness of education. The article offers insights and practical recommendations for improving the teaching process in this direction.
