Summary 

The professional growth of history and geography teachers and the implementation of management mechanisms play a pivotal role in contemporary education. Continuous enhancement of their skills is essential for broadening students’ perspectives, preserving cultural heritage, and fostering analytical thinking. Strengthening teachers’ pedagogical, technological, and managerial competencies contributes to improving overall teaching quality. The use of strategic approaches, digital tools, and innovative methods in schools organizes and directs teacher activity effectively, directly impacting learning outcomes. The study also provides practical recommendations to enhance the efficiency of professional development and management practices.
