Summary 

The article explores how stress experienced by adolescents affects their academic performance. High stress levels can weaken memory, reduce concentration, and lower motivation, ultimately harming academic success. However, supportive social relationships, positive teacher involvement, and strong individual coping strategies can lessen these negative effects. Additionally, the article highlights the role of relaxation and mindfulness techniques in managing stress effectively.
