Summary

Psychological difficulties that arise in pedagogical communication between teachers and students directly affect the course of the teaching process, its effectiveness, and the emotional development of students. Research shows that these difficulties can originate from both the teacher and the student. The teacher’s communication skills, level of empathy, and emotional intelligence play an important role in shaping the psychological climate in the classroom. Depending on the quality of their relationship with the teacher, students demonstrate varying levels of motivation, self-confidence, and academic performance. To prevent such problems, open communication, a fair approach, the use of interactive teaching methods, and the involvement of school psychologists are essential. As a result, improving pedagogical communication makes the teaching process more productive and positive for both teachers and students.
