Summary
This article discusses the causes and effects of educational inequalities. It highlights the disparities between urban and rural schools in Azerbaijan, including discrepancies in access to educational resources and quality, the qualifications of teachers, and support from local communities. The impact of language, culture, and economic status among Azerbaijanis on educational inequality is also explored. The necessity of implementing appropriate policies and establishing an inclusive education system to address these inequalities is emphasized.
