Training is not only the transfer of information, but also a complex pedagogical process aimed at the development of a person, the formation of a worldview, the development of creative abilities and critical thinking. Modern pedagogy requires an approach to training not only in terms of content, but also from its organizational, psychological and methodological aspects. Along with the guiding role of the teacher in the training process, the student's activity, motivation and learning strategies play a key role. The study of training as a pedagogical process creates conditions for solving problems in this area on a scientific basis, improving teaching methods and increasing educational outcomes. This approach allows training to be more functional, adaptive and person-oriented.
