Summary
The challenges that young teachers face in their professional lives and the ways they deal with them are diverse. These challenges include lack of experience in the early years of teaching, classroom management problems, lack of motivation or workload, lack of guidance and mentoring, and difficulties related to the use of technology and resources. This article examines the ways to deal with each of these challenges in more detail and summarizes the solutions to the challenges in a concise manner.
