Summary
State control over education is one of the important issues for Azerbaijan, which is developing dynamically in the modern era and has become a reliable member of the international community. Every young person who is educated abroad and trained as a specialized personnel is one of the cornerstones of the future. The competitive quality of education is to meet the demand for personnel. The high state interest in this determines the dynamics of the development of education.
