Summary
Mahira Khanum is the Vice-Rector for International Relations at the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University and a recipient of the Presidential Scholarship. She is a competent researcher in the field of philological sciences. She defended her dissertation for a PhD on "Philological Issues in the Works of Hasan Mirzayev" (2012) and her dissertation for a Doctor of Science on "Linguistic and Stylistic Features of the Works of Ashughs and Folk Musicians of the 19th and 20th Centuries in Western Azerbaijan (Deralayaz District)" (2017).
