Summary
Ajdar Aghayev's scientific and pedagogical work was not limited to theory; he was also distinguished by his practical application in education, methodological recommendations, and in-depth analysis of contemporary pedagogical issues. His works examined in detail issues of personality development, the role of the educational and social environment, as well as the teaching and application of national pedagogical principles. Agayev's articles and books were widely used in educational institutions, teacher professional development, and pedagogical research; his scientific legacy was published in popular scientific journals and made an invaluable contribution to the development of Azerbaijani pedagogical science.
