Summary
The article examines the impact of humanizing teacher-student relationships on the formation of effective collaboration in the educational process. The study shows that a humanistic approach, based on mutual respect, trust, empathy, and cooperation, ensures the personal development of students and the realization of their creative potential. The teacher’s professional competence and ethical behavior contribute to creating a positive psychological climate in the learning environment, enhancing student motivation and the quality of education. Consequently, pedagogy based on humanistic relationships is considered a key factor in increasing the effectiveness of modern education.
