Summary

This article explores the stimulation of the inclusive approach in classroom management in detail. A fundamental principle of modern education is to provide equal opportunities for all students and ensure their active participation in the learning process. Inclusive strategies take into account each student’s individual needs, interests, and developmental level, thereby promoting both social and academic integration. Differentiated instruction allows every child to develop according to their potential, while collaborative projects and empathetic approaches create a positive and stimulating classroom environment.

Motivation and reward systems recognize both individual and collective achievements, strengthening students’ self-confidence, sense of responsibility, and engagement in learning.

Moreover, active participation of parents and the wider community in the inclusive education process is emphasized as a key factor in sustaining an inclusive classroom environment. Collaboration between school, family, and society facilitates children’s social adaptation and reinforces inclusive values at the societal level.
