Summary
The development of the international educational environment, the widespread application of innovation while preserving existing national traditions and identities is one of the main priorities of the world’s countries in the modern era. The training of qualified personnel for the international economy, the importance and role of international programs and projects in this context are increasingly increasing. The establishment of international partnership relations in the field of education of the Republic of Azerbaijan is paid attention to at the state level and is regulated by regulatory legal acts.
