Summary

Comparative analysis of the studies indicates that psychological mechanisms such as the escalation of conflicts, difficulties in emotional regulation, weak adaptation strategies, and attachment problems play a significant role in the deepening of family crises. These factors often lead to increased emotional distance, reduced marital satisfaction, and ineffective communication patterns within the family system. Furthermore, prolonged exposure to unresolved conflicts may negatively affect the psychological well-being of both partners and children. The findings also suggest that the presence of social support and constructive coping strategies can mitigate the negative impact of crisis situations and facilitate family resilience.
