Summary

This article analyzes the gradual development of the personality formation process in primary school students. A child's entry into school life marks the beginning of a new stage in their psychological, emotional, and social development. The research indicates that personality formation occurs under the influence of not only the educational process but also the family and social environment. The primary school period is characterized by three main stages: In the first stage, the child adapts to the school environment. In the second stage, a sense of self-control over behavior and responsibility is formed. In the third stage, social relationships deepen, and leadership and cooperation skills develop. The study results conclude that the teacher's pedagogical approach, the support of the family environment, and respect for the child's individual characteristics are the fundamental conditions for healthy personality formation. For successful personality development, emotional stability, motivation, and an individual approach play a crucial role in the learning process.
