Psychological foundations of the formation of cognitive
needs of young schoolchildren in the educational process
Summary
The scientific article examines the psychological basis of the formation of cognitive needs of
young schoolchildren in the educational process. In the article, the principles of formation of cognitive
needs of young schoolchildren in school conditions are defined. According to the author, in the
process of forming the cognitive needs of young schoolchildren, not only the personal characteristics
of their development, but also the principles of educational work with them should be taken into
account.
