The importance of educational work in the field of inclusive education
Summery
Two types of training are required to implement an inclusive education system. Heads of
institutions should be trained to develop structures and management systems suitable for
inclusive schools, as managing such schools is different from managing a homogenous
school. In addition, teachers must be retrained to develop subject methodology and pedagogy
to meet the needs of all children.
