The essence of the law on education
Summary
Education is the most important area of our life. The education system should be built on
the basis of national goals and national interests.
Undoubtedly, the educational reforms that served these goals began to be implemented
directly on the initiative of Heydar Aliyev. Thus, the genius leader Heydar Aliyev returned to
power. However, when he returned, the situation was not encouraging at all. It was almost
stopped. Not only the education system, but also science suffered considerable damage. In
1992, the Law “On Education” was adopted without any serious discussion. The law adopted
without taking into account the economic potential is a legal document that allows to
eliminate the existing problems in this field. It was not said. The inclusion of conflicting
articles in the document brought up new problems.
