Management in education means ensuring the stable functioning of the education system,
advancing it in terms of quality, and not lagging behind the level of development of the
society as a result of the combined efforts of the subjects who manage it. management
subjects of the educational institution are mainly its leaders (director, his deputies), teachers,
students, parents and those involved in the organization of the educational process.
