Directions of self-realization of young people 

Summary 

The process of self-realization includes the realization of the internal resources of an individual or the subject of a professional choice and its connection with the requirements of the profession, and its integration into the social and professional structure of society in the activities carried out as a result. it is possible to look like a mourner. Because self-realization as a process, result and value is a way of individualization in education and development as a person. This factor is not taken into account. Without the individualization of the personality, the development of the potential of the learners is not possible, and without the cooperation in the learning environment, the directions of self-determination will not be adequate.  The classification and grouping of factors affecting self-realization shows that this process is determined by personality characteristics, requirements for the profession and the development dynamics of society. It should be taken into account that the use of the “I wantable-need” triad and model in self-realization can lead to necessary results.
